Very good user reviews on Amazon
Large amount of memory sufficient for memory intensive applications
Uses conventional harddrive. Higher power consumption, lower shock resistance and longer startup time compared to solid state drive(SSD).
Battery life is unknown.
Advanced GPU sufficient for latest, most demanding games fluently at medium detail settings at HD resolution
GPU is not suitable for most demanding games (Assassin's creed, Black Ops 2, etc) at high detail settings and HD resolution
15.6" screen provides good tradeoff between desktop replacement and portability
Weight of 4.4 lbs is lighter than average for this screen size
Economy display with resolution of 1366 x 768; screen space sufficient for most purposes but less than ideal for graphics design, gaming, programming etc
No built-in CD/DVD drive; Reduces weight but watching movies or installing software from CD/DVD will require separate purchase of optical drive
Integrated webcam for video chatting

This laptop is slim, lightweight, yet powerful. I am able to play games like Minecraft, L4D2, Starbound, and Oblivion all on max settings with no problem. The only "problems" that I noticed with this ... Well constructed, attractive, doesn't get fingerprinted easily.Very good specs for the price. No optical drive or touchscreen, but more than makes up for it elsewhere.Very happy with my purchase.... Inexpensive gaming system that handles my RTS games at med to high settings. Easy to setup and works great right out of the box.... I bought this system to use as a light gaming machine and I ended up being surprised at how well it works with my newer games. First, I want to explain why I rated it four stars as opposed to five sta...
